Do you have points of sale in my area?

We have several points of sale across Quebec. We invite you to contact the store in your area to check stock availability.

I purchased online, when can I expect to receive my order?

We process orders within 5 business days during the regular season. Then, it takes 2 business days for Canada Post delivery. When your order is processed, you will receive a Canada Post tracking number by email.

Why is a delay of 5 working days necessary?

Liliblanc manufactures the vast majority of its products by hand, on site at its workshop-boutique in Saint-Jérôme. Liliblanc manufactures in limited quantities to ensure you a product of exceptional freshness. Our team works hard to provide you with the best possible service.

I have a problem with my order or I want to make a change.

The Canada Post tracking number indicates that my order was delivered, but I did not receive it.

First thing to check is if you have provided us with the correct delivery address. If the problem is related to Canada Post delivery, we invite you to contact us by email: info@liliblanc.ca

Product Questions

Do bar shampoos lather well?

Yes! They make a nice creamy lather and rinse well. If your hair is very dirty, a second shampoo may be necessary.

Do shampoos alter coloring?

NO – our shampoos do not bleach dyed hair. On the contrary, our shampoos with green tints contain jujube powder, a plant that helps fix colors.

Will the shampoo color tint my hair color?

NO – the color of our shampoos is the result of its vegetable components. No dye is added and the shampoos leave no greenish or other colored residue.

I do treatments regularly to moisturize my hair, are solid shampoos suitable for me?

YES – If you have colorings that have dried out or damaged your hair, choose a moisturizing type shampoo (dry hair, intense hydration or colored white & blond hair). Combined with our conditioners for dry hair (Avocado & monoi or Banana & argan), you will obtain optimal results.

I have natural blonde hair, is the Oatmeal & Chamomile shampoo for white & blonde colored hair suitable for me?

It depends – Our Oatmeal & Chamomile shampoo for white & blonde color-treated hair was designed for dull hair that lacks moisture. If you have naturally dry hair, this shampoo is for you. If you have normal or oily hair, the results of using this shampoo may be too heavy for your hair.

I have white hair, I already use a blue shampoo once a week, does the Oatmeal and Chamomile shampoo for white & blond colored hair have the same effect?

YES – Our Oatmeal and Chamomile shampoo for white & blonde colored hair contains German chamomile which has the property of bleaching blonde or white hair. It can be used with each shampoo. It is the natural version of commercial blue shampoos. Same goes for the Intense Chamomile Conditioner.
